Ken has led Highland’s steady growth over the past 20 years. He is actively engaged in all aspects of the business, including client management, business development, operations, finance and technology. Ken remains very accessible to clients and staff to ensure exceptional customer service and employee satisfaction. His prior experience included leading corporate development for a large software company and senior positions at financial services firms. Ken is a graduate of Cornell University with a BA in Computer Science. He resides in Boulder, CO.

Miranda has over 20 years’ ad industry experience and leads Highland’s Account Service team. She works with a variety of top agency and brand clients, providing talent payroll and related business affairs consulting services. In addition to handling payroll, Miranda regularly prepares talent cost estimates, negotiates talent agreements and advises her clients on union talent and production matters. Prior to joining Highland in 2015, Miranda gained extensive talent payroll and business affairs experience, including a variety of positions with Talent Partners. Prior to that, she held positions in traffic and broadcast production, including as Senior Producer for Grey LA. Miranda resides in Los Angeles.

Tonya joined Highland more than 25 years ago and is responsible for financial and payroll operations, including bookkeeping, accounts receivable, union benefit plan contributions and banking. She has extensive talent payroll experience and works closely with Highland’s account service teams to support operations and client billing. Tonya resides Cleveland, OH.

Trish has more than 20 years’ experience in talent payroll and has extensive knowledge of the various SAG-AFTRA collective bargaining agreements. Trish joined Highland in 2015 and has been instrumental in building our west coast team. She works with a variety of clients to maintain talent budgets and regularly advises clients throughout the production process, including talent negotiations, estimating, session and re-use payments. Prior to joining Highland, Trish held positions with Talent Partners, where she supervised a service team, managed clients and was also West Coast Senior On-Set Consultant/Advisor. Her clients include many national and international agencies and some of the world’s largest brands. Trish resides in Los Angeles.

Sheryl joined Highland more than 30 years ago and leads our Cleveland account service team. She works with key accounts to provide payment processing and related advisory services. At Highland, she has handled payroll for numerous national and regional brands on behalf of some of the country’s largest ad agencies. Prior to joining Highland, Sheryl spent several years with Wyse Advertising, where she worked on broadcast production, business affairs and trafficking. She earned an MA from Northern Illinois University and completed a year of PhD studies in Communications (Radio & TV production) at Bowling Green State University. Sheryl resides in Cleveland, OH.

Michelle joined Highland in 2018 and leads our Miami office. Prior to joining Highland, she was Senior Talent Manager for Crispin Porter Bogusky for more than 12 years, where she managed talent budgets, advised on union regulations, negotiated talent contracts, handled SAG claims, processed payments, reconciled billing and trained staff. Prior to that, she was a supervisor at Talent Partners, where she trained and supervised staff, estimated and reconciled talent costs, processed payments and renegotiated talent contracts. Michelle resides in Miami.
